I'm a passionate product leader, entrepreneur and researcher with 18+ years of experience. Here are some of my proudest achievements:
● Designed, developed and grown many innovative B2B and B2C SaaS products with agile cross-functional teams integrating AI and VR/AR technologies.
● Raised Investments of over €700t: Successfully pitched investment and grant funding for multiple companies I've worked for in the high six-figure range. I've also played a leading role in complex EU-wide grant and loan proposals of up to €4.9 million.
● Executed over 25 global research projects with world leading organizations like Supercell, OECD, LEGO Foundation, and the World Bank (see my publication list). I have a lot of experience gathering, analyzing and communicating insights from large and complex datasets.
● Led many successful implementation projects collaborating and co-ordinating a diverse range of stakeholders across different countries: For example, I led a recent 2024 European Commission 6-month project on 'How to support the recognition of competence with help of a digital tool' with the City of Helsinki and Tallinn.
